Shipping policy

So that your shopping experience on our online store is pleasant and adjusted to your expectations, we ship with UPS Ground , a company offering an extremely fast delivery service and at the lowest cost in Canada!

Shipping information to Canada

  • The processing time for orders and shipping begins after the order verification process is completed.
  • If you refuse shipping, we will issue a credit for the product minus our shipping costs and a twenty five percent (25%) restocking fee will be charged.

Free shipping

  • Take advantage of free shipping for any purchase over $ 99, before taxes. The delivery method we use is at our discretion.

Delivery time and tracking information

  • When your order is shipped, the delivery time is 1 to 3 working days for the provinces of Quebec and Ontario and up to 7 days for the rest of Canada.
  • Please note that shipping may take longer during busy periods.
  • Panda Holding Group Inc., cannot guarantee shipping times and dates. We use a third party service to ship our products. Therefore, once the order is processed and picked up by UPS we have no control over the delivery time.
  • If you need a product in a limited time, contact us by email and make your request in advance, we can offer same day delivery for a fee.

Verification of orders

  • Due to the nature of the products we sell, we must perform periodic validation of orders, which may include verifying delivery and billing information, phone calls to customers, valid email verification, and information of the card holder and the authorization of the card holder.
  • Please be patient during the order validation process. Errors in the information you have provided to us can cause significant delays.
  • The verification will take between 1 to 5 working days.The delivery time is calculated after the verification is completed.

Consumer responsibility

If an order is returned to us because the consumer has used an incomplete or inaccurate address, it becomes the responsibility of the consumer to pay all shipping costs related to this error.
  • These charges include any amount that Panda Holding Group Inc., pays that is above the amount that the consumer paid for the shipment (the actual total cost of the shipment.) Example: The consumer pays for the shipment Fixed price fixed at 13 $ and the seller paid $ 30 to ship the package. In this case, the consumer will be responsible for paying the difference of $ 17 to the seller as well as the initial amount of $ 13 to ship the order again ($ 30 in total). The order will be shipped again only when full payment has been made.

Pre-order policy

  • Your order will not be shipped until the product out of inventory or pre-order returns to stock.
  • When it is back in inventory, we will dispatch your order as soon as possible.
  • If you decide to cancel your order more than 48 hours after the initial pre-order we will issue a credit for the product less a cancellation fee of twenty-five percent (25%) of the total amount of the transaction.

Item out of stock

We try to ensure that the quantities displayed on our website are the actual quantities from our warehouse. Unfortunately, the quantities of inventories can change quickly. For this reason, an item may be temporarily out of stock, even if it is not yet listed on our website. If necessary, we will contact you. The item will be removed from your order and you will be billed and charged only for the products that will be delivered to you. You will be able to specify a replacement product.
